It was another successful season for Plainfield swimming as it qualified seven events to the state meet.
At state, it was Jessica Davis, a freshman, who led the way, finishing eighth in the state in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 51.97 to earn all-state honors.
Davis came within a half second of advancing to finals in the 200 as well, coming in 15th place with a time of 1:53.39.
Kate Meunier, a junior, also qualified for state individually and finished 17th in the 100 breaststroke (1:05.5) and took 30th in the 200 IM (2:10.46).
The 200 free relay of Davis, Veronica Banas, Kali Franckowiack and Shaw Barney finished in 15th place with a time of 1:37.85.
The 400 free relay of Davis, Franckowiack, Banas and Meunier was 19th with a time of 3:34.56.
The 200 medley relay of Meunier, Barney, Samantha Kershner and Banas placed 23rd with a time of 1:49.42.
